Privacy policy
This policy explains which personal data InfinitX d.o.o. processes when you use the website or submit an enquiry.
1. Controller
The controller is InfinitX, spletna prodaja, gradbeništvo in druge storitve, d.o.o., Rošnja 63C, 2205 Starše, Slovenia. Send privacy questions to mitja@infinitx.si.
2. Data we process
Through the form we may receive your name, phone, email, property location, service, area, message and photos. The server may log technical data needed for security and operation.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We use the data to respond, prepare quotations, take pre-contractual steps, perform contracts, meet legal obligations and secure the website.
4. Photos
Upload only photos you are entitled to share. Remove faces, number plates, documents and unnecessary personal data where possible. We use photos only to handle your enquiry unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Recipients
Where necessary, hosting, email and IT support providers and competent authorities may process data.
6. Retention
We retain enquiries that do not lead to business for no more than 12 months after the last activity, completed-business records for statutory periods, and security logs generally for no more than 90 days.
7. Your rights
Subject to law, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, or object to processing. Contact mitja@infinitx.si. You may lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia.
8. Cookies
The site uses only cookies necessary for the secure enquiry form and administration area.

Careers
InfinitX processes the information entered in the application form and any attached CV solely to receive, assess and conduct the selection procedure for the chosen position. Please provide only the minimum information needed to assess your application, and do not send identity documents, health information or other sensitive data. Access is limited to authorised InfinitX personnel involved in selection and to hosting and email providers to the extent necessary for technical delivery and storage. We automatically delete the application no later than twelve months after receipt, regardless of the outcome. Records needed for employment or cooperation with a selected person are handled separately under the appropriate legal basis. We will obtain separate, freely given consent before retaining an application for possible future opportunities.
